SISTO, GRAHAM IN BREAKFAST MIX

SIX FEET UNDER star Jeremy Sisto, GILMORE GIRLS actress Lauren Graham and 24 cast member Billy Burke are among those who will topline Ambush Entertainment's indie horror-comedy DEAD AND BREAKFAST for writer, director Matthew Leutwyler. Production begins Friday in Pleasanton, Calif., with Ever Carradine, David Carradine, Bianca Lawson (Save The Last Dance), Erik Palladino (ER), Gina Philips (Jeepers Creepers), Oz Perkins (Secretary) and Vincent Ventresca also starring.
Described as being in the vein of EVIL DEAD and FROM DUSK TIL DAWN, the project is about six friends on a road trip who stop for a night at a bed and breakfast in the sleepy town of Lovelock. After a night that leaves the inn's owner and chef dead, the gang finds themselves under suspicion by the local sheriff. But that's only the beginning, as nearly all of the town's quirky residents become possessed by an evil spirit and pin down the friends inside the B and B.
Leutwyler wrote the script for "Breakfast" from a story by him and burke. Ambush - which is financing the project - is producing in association with Goal Line Prods., which is owned and operated by football announcer John Madden. Ambush's Jun Tan and Goal Line's EJ Hieser are producing. Ambush's Francey Grace and Julie Sandor are co-producing. Ambush's Miranda Bailey and Goal Line's Joe Madden will executive produce.
Leutwyler is represented by Chris Mills at Imparato Fay management and by attorney Mark Halloran. BREAKFAST marks his thrid feature, with several members of the cast appearing in his previous two films. Palladino starred in 1999's ROAD KILL and again in 2001's THIS SPACE BETWEEN US, which also starred Sisto and Ventresca.
